KL Eco City Master Plan Development
KL Eco City, a 25-acre integrated mixed-use development, is situated along Jalan Bangsar, next to Mid Valley City and surrounded by established commercial precincts.This integrated mixed-use and transit-oriented development is also anchored by commercial offices, luxury residential towers, lifestyle retail outlets and a hotel.
The design and construction of the KL Eco City township development spans over 15years, with a total of 12 separate components with differring green certification and sustainability goals. Reflecting the developer's trust and confidence in our firm, IEN Consultants is appointed as the sole sustainability consultant to deliver the green certification for all the components under this KL Eco City Development.
In this single large mixed development, IEN has been providing design and certification consultancy for Green Building Index (GBI) Malaysia, LEED, BCA Green Mark as well as REHDA Green Real Estate.
