Parcel F

Parcel F development is a development in Putrajaya which sprawled over 34 acres of land and comprises of 10 office blocks that ranges from 4 to 13 storeys high. The 10 office blocks were recently awarded the Green Building Index Gold and Platinum final certification. The buildings incorporate different features to reduce energy consumption, improve occupant comfort, reduce impact of material usage as well as reduce use of potable water. IEN Consultant is happy to be part of this journey together with the project team and client to make this happen.

Innovative Sustainability Features

1) Achieving BEI of less than 120kWh/sqm.yr for all 10 blocks of building which is more than 50% lower than conventional buildings
2) Comprehensive Energy Management System and progressive Maximum Demand Limiting program that uses a self-learning algorithm together with various load shedding strategies to keep the maximum demand and energy consumption in check.
3) Integrated water management which includes the collection of various water sources from rainwater, greywater and AHU condensate to toilet flushing and irrigation to reduce the potable water demand.
4) Wall mounted thermostats that allow occupants to regulate the temperature in the office space also helps to maintain a comfortable indoor environment.
