Roche Services & Solutions (APAC) Sdn Bhd (RSS), a global healthcare company founded in Basel, Switzerland in 1896, has been operating in Malaysia since the 1950s. Since 2016, its primary operations have been based in the Sunway Pinnacle office tower, a certified green building in Subang Jaya. RSS occupies five floors within the building: Ground, 5th, 14th, 17th, and 21st, encompassing a total gross floor area of 7,919 square meters. This entire space constitutes the LEED and WELL project boundary.

In November 2023, RSS achieved LEED O+M: Interiors Gold Certified with a score of 69 points. Subsequently, in July 2024, the company attained WELL v2 Certified Gold status, scoring 65 points. This achievement marks RSS as the first organization in Malaysia to achieve WELL v2 Certified Gold.
