Chyi Han joined IEN Consultants in 2025 and advocates for widespread awareness of sustainability, emphasizing its importance not only in the present but also for the future of both humanity and the planet. He believes that meaningful impact can be achieved through the implementation of sustainable building design practices—minimizing waste while maximizing energy efficiency. Such efforts contribute to the improvement of social well-being, economic resilience, and environmental health for all.

His professional experience started in Mitsui Copper Foil as a Production Engineer from 2024 to 2025. He was awarded second place for Quality Control Circle Project where he has to present findings and solutions that contributes to continuous process optimization. Chyi Han has also acquired ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification during his period in Mitsui Copper Foil.

During his university years, he had been involved in conducting sustainable analysis considering multi-criteria on bio-polyurethane production for hydroponics using life cycle assessment. His academic background has provided him with an in-depth knowledge of thermodynamics, sustainability, renewable energy, and environmental framework.
