Regina joined IEN in 2006 and is one of the original partners in establishing IEN Consultants in the early years. She has experience in sustainability practice for 15 years ,being involved in various projects ranging from office buildings, residential buildings, airport, hospital, data centre. She was also one of the original technical committe members in establishing the green rating system Green Building Index in Malaysia.

She is passionate about working with different people in the building sector in order to optimize the building for energy efficiency, water efficiency ad reduced impact on the built environment in a cost effective manner. She is experienced in various green certification systems such as LEED(US), Green Mark Singapore), GBI (Singapore), BREEAM (UK).

She also has experience in energy simulations, thermal comfort simulations,daylight simulations , rainwater harvesting simulations using such tools to provide clients with a sound and objective advice to greatly improve not only the building performance but also the indoor environment for the occupants.

Some of her key projects include the ST Diamond Building which is the first Green Mark Platinum building outside of Singapore and has also won several awards and KLIA2 which is the first LEED Gold airport in Malaysia.
