Sheena Moses

Associate

Sheena has been green building consultant for 10 years, 5 of which has been with IEN Consultants. Her credentials as a LEED AP with specialty in Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance (EBOM) and WELL AP is a testament to her keen interest in a holistic approach to sustainability that reduces environmental impact whilst improving occupant wellbeing.

She has worked on numerous residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality and retail green building certification project targeting LEED (USA), GBI (Malaysia) and BREEAM (UK) certifications. Her key areas of interest include energy optimization for existing buildings, improving water conservation efforts, and minimization of site environmental impacts during construction and operations. She also has experience in energy simulations using the IES VE (Virtual Environment) Software, heat load analysis using the CARRIER E-20 II Heat Analysis Program (HAP) as well as lighting simulation using the DIALux and Ecotect software.

She also enjoys her role in the IEN Social Media team where she has had the opportunity to contribute industry related write-ups as part of the weekly content distribution on the company Website, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.
