GBCI (Green Business Certification Inc.) made an official visit to IEN Consultants on 23rd August 2022. We're delighted to welcome GBCI represented by Mr Gopalakrishnan P. (Managing Director - SE Asia & Middle East Markets) and Mr Rohith Ravula (Associate Director - Market Development). IEN Consultants was represented by Mr Gregers Reimann (Managing Director) and Mr Suwan Bonma (Sr Consultant, USGBC Faculty member)
As an internationally recognized, pioneer green building tool developer and brand owner of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), one of the USGBC and GBCI'goals is to continuously increase market readiness, acceptance and awareness of the certification particular in this region and Malaysia.
IEN Consultants as a tool implementor together with our clients, we're working alongside USGBC and GBCI in achieving the objectives and continue to explore the next possibility of sustainability in the region.
With this visit, we're hoping to see more take-up rates of organizations going toward higher sustainability aspirations and making LEED certification one of the necessary milestones in ESG, carbon reduction and net zero goals.
